Delivery rates & policies

UK delivery rates apply to orders being shipped to: England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

Where possible, items will be shipped in one parcel and the following rates will apply:

£2.95 - for orders with a total value of up to £15.99
£3.95 - for orders totaling between £16 and £24.99
£4.95 - for orders with a total value of £25 or more

For orders from elsewhere in the European Union please contact us for shipping rates and payment options. We do not ship outside the EU.

UK deliveries

Most items are dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded First Class post and are expected to arrive within 3 working days. Larger orders may be sent via Royal Mail's Standard Parcels service and will take 3 to 5 working days to arrive. Please note that someone may need to be available to sign for your item.

Customers requesting prioritised shipping via Royal Mail's Special Delivery service will normally receive their items the following day providing your order is received by 12pm on the day the order is placed.

EU deliveries

All items are dispatched by Air Mail and are expected to arrive within 5-7 working days.

Customers requesting International Recorded Delivery will normally receive their items within 3-5 working days. Please note that someone may need to be available to sign for your item.
